Bayview House is seeking a part time Social Care Assistant to support care staff in meeting the needs of older people within a residential care setting. You will provide personal care and support to residents, and work flexibly to promote the well-being of service users and to maximise their abilities.

You will assist the care team to help service users live as independently as possible, contributing to a compassionate and person-centred environment.

The team at Bayview House are looking for a part time Social Care Assistant to join the team. Main responsibilities include -

• To support care staff to meet the needs of older people within in a residential care setting, as required by legislation
• To provide personal care and support to residents.
• To work flexibly within the care home setting, to promote the well-being of service users, to work towards the maximisation of service users’ abilities
• To support the care team to assist service users to live as independent life as possible
