Job summary

Ach-an-EasCare Home in Inverness is seeking a Social Care Assistant to join a small team dedicated to resident-centered care.

You will provide personal care and assist with activities of daily living, while working within a multi-disciplinary team to maintain high standards of care. SVQ2 is desirable, with training and progression opportunities offered.

Job description

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our small team at Ach-an–EasCare Home in Inverness as a Social Care Assistant. Here at Ach-an-Eas, we put the patient at the heart of everything we do and each colleague within our Care home plays a key role in how we support our residents.

The SCA works as part of a multi-disciplinary team, delivering a high standard of care to our residents. Successful candidate will provide personal care for residentsas well as supporting with all activities of daily living.

SVQ 2 is desirable, but training is given and opportunities to progress within the team are encouraged. Staff must be flexible, adaptable, and work to support other staff,whohave responsibility to residents.

Shifts are on a rotational basis,hoursto be discussed. Enhancements are paid for weekend and out of hours work.
