Job summary

A health service organization in Grantown-on-Spey is seeking committed and flexible individuals to support older adults in their daily living activities and personal care. Successful candidates will assist in washing, dressing, and fulfilling Key-Worker responsibilities. Training is available for individuals without prior qualifications. This role requires shift work on a rotational basis, ideal for those dedicated to making a difference in the lives of residents.

Qualifications

  • Must be able to work shifts on a rotational basis.
  • Training will be provided for candidates without SVQ 2.

Job Overview

Grant House is a Residential care services for older adults and we are looking for suitably experienced, qualified, flexible and committed individuals to join our dedicated team.

Responsibilities

Duties of the posts include supporting individuals with the full range of daily living activities, the day-to-day personal care of washing dressing/showering/bathing and welfare of the residents along with Key-Worker responsibilities.

Qualifications & Requirements
  • Must be able to work shifts on rotational basis.
  • SVQ 2 Desirable but training will be given.
