Role Summary
  • Lead on generating fresh, innovative, creative ideas for social-first content, that builds on our brand narrative, builds our community, and generates social conversation / brand buzz.
  • Responsible for creating disruptive, engaging content for SUMWON, with a focus on TikTok and Instagram.
  • Lead on engaging and growing our community across all social channels through different initiatives and exciting content / brand ideas.
  • Introduce and build upon different content strands / pillars to engage and grow our audience.
  • Keep up to date with emerging social trends, competitor activity and industry updates to share with the wider team.
  • Manage the day-to-day scheduling and posting across channels for SUMWON.
  • Manage delivery of organic social & paid social assets for each brand moment / hero campaign.
  • Actively engage with the community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions across platforms on a daily basis.
  • Monitor and report on KPIs for all social media channels, including engagement rates, follower growth, brand reach etc.
  • Work with the wider brand & product team to ensure the content calendar is kept up to date and content is created to support trend / fashion and brand moments.
  • Use insights to optimise content and strategy, ensuring the brand's social media efforts contribute to overall business objectives.
  • Be a true ambassador for the brand, embodying its culture and brand values in everything you create.
About you

2+ years experience as a Content Creator or similar role within Social Media (preferably in fashion).

Experience working with top fashion brands across the UK and/or Europe.

Highly creative, innovative and social media & fashion obsessed.

Strong portfolio of creative work and social-first content

In-depth knowledge of social media channels (Instagram, TikTok,etc.).

Strong photo/video editing skills (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Final Cut Pro).

Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
