The Role

As the partnerships content manager, you will act as the key liaison between our Global Digital Team and our external partners. You'll ensure that all content published across our portfolio of global channels is on‑brand, rights‑cleared, compliant, and performing optimally.

You'll manage the day‑to‑day relationship with the partner's editorial and operational teams, ensuring they are fully aligned with our creative, commercial, and brand standards. You'll also play a pivotal role in ensuring accurate data reporting, metadata management, and revenue tracking across platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the Global Digital Team and our partners
  • Oversee daily operations across 100+ channels/pages, ensuring timely uploads and adherence to editorial schedules.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to supply all creative and video assets required for third party publishing.
  • Manage and maintain access permissions, ensuring the correct individuals within the partner's team have secure, approved access.
  • Ensure the partner operates within agreed rights, compliance, and brand parameters at all times.
  • Support the partner in understanding and representing our global IP correctly and positively across all platforms.
  • Monitor content usage and ensure all assets published are fully cleared and approved.
  • Review and feedback on editorial approaches to ensure alignment with our tone, quality, and creative standards.
  • Data, Reporting & Revenue
  • Track and analyse performance analytics across all channels, ensuring audience growth and revenue targets are met.
  • Oversee metadata accuracy and structure to ensure optimal reporting and discoverability.
  • Work closely with the Finance team to ensure all uploads and monetization activities are correctly reported.
  • Identify and elevate any performance anomalies or brand compliance issues.
  • Maintain clear lines of communication and documentation between all stakeholders.
  • Support internal reviews and strategy meetings by preparing performance insights and operational updates.
Key Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience managing third‑party vendors or global content partnerships.
  • Understanding of YouTube CMS, Facebook Creator Studio, TikTok, and Instagram publishing workflows.
  • Understanding of digital rights management, clearance processes, and brand/IP protection.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using platform analytics and reporting dashboards (e.g., YouTube Analytics).
  • Excellent attention to detail and comfort managing large‑scale, multi‑market operations.
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, global environment
