Research Assistant (Social Policy) — Location: North West London. Employment type: Full-time / Part-time (to be discussed). Salary: At least the London Living Wage (commensurate with qualifications and skills).

We are seeking a motivated and analytical recent graduate to join our team as a Research Assistant focusing on social policy research. This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone with a keen interest in public affairs, education, and community issues to gain hands-on research experience in a practical setting.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with research and data collection on a range of social and community policy topics.
  • Conduct literature reviews, prepare summaries, and help draft reports or presentations.
  • Support interviews, surveys, and fieldwork where required.
  • Contribute to analysis and policy recommendations under supervision.
Requirements
  • A recent graduate (any discipline with a social, political, or analytical focus preferred).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
