Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in a SOC or security operations environment.
• At least 2 years in a team lead or supervisory role.
• Strong incident detection, escalation and resolution knowledge.
• Experience with SIEM, IDS/IPS, endpoint protection and threat intel.
• Relevant certifications are a plus; UK SC clearance is desirable.

• Oversee SOC day-to-day operations and service delivery to clients.
• Lead and mentor SOC analysts; organise 24/7 coverage if needed.
• Coordinate incident response and ensure timely detection, containment and recovery.
• Drive process improvements, playbooks, and automation.
