Job summary

A leading training organization in the UK is looking for a Defence & Army Trainer to support learning and implement Army Trainer Capability across operational groups. The candidate will lead various training processes and provide specific support to the MoD. Position Role

Apply Defence & Army Trainer Capability to support learning.

Position Responsibilities

1. 1. Assure the implementation of Army Trainer Capability (ATC) across Op Gps.
2. 2. LWC lead for trainer SOTR / FOT process; lead for LWC SOI 304.
3. 3. LWC lead for maintenance of Defence Trainer course (Army) franchises.
4. 4. Sp SO1 Trg Ops in development fielding & maintenance of TARGET; LM Trg Apps Cap Mgr; support wider digitalisation in sp of trn.
5. 5. Leverage application of Learning Technology (LT) in ind trn inc MyTrg; focal point for Op Gp Trg Design community; LM SO3 LT.
6. 6. Lead for design and delivery of Trainer and Trg Designer Continuing Professional Development.
7. 7. TDA for Army Assistant Trainer course.
8. 8. Provide LWC-specific advice and support to MoD Talent Skills Learning & Development (TSLD) and Army Pers Pol.
