Amazon Web Services (AWS) seeks a Senior Technical Account Manager to serve as a trusted advisor and cloud operations architect for Enterprise Support customers. You will craft strategies to drive adoption of AWS services and provide advocacy and strategic guidance for planning, launching, and ongoing operations.
You will build strong relationships, manage incidents, and collaborate with AWS teams to ensure customers gain maximum value while keeping environments healthy and cost-efficient.

You’ll craft and execute strategies to drive our customers’ adoption and use of AWS services. The close relationships developed with your customers will allow you to understand their business/operational needs and technical challenges, and help them achieve the greatest value from AWS.
