Snr Project Manager - Consultant - Remote Wealth Management

Looking for a remote-first leadership role where you can shape transformation projects and gain equity in a fast-growing consultancy?

Join a rapidly expanding start-up delivering cutting-edge CRM and digital transformation programmes for leading firms in the Wealth Management and IFA sector.

As a Senior Project Manager, you ll lead flagship programmes, work directly with senior stakeholders, and influence how the business scales its delivery model. You ll have the autonomy to drive change across complex, high-value technology projects from CRM implementations to full-scale digital transformation.

Location: Remote, UK flexible start/finish times

Salary: £70 85K (flex) + Bonus + Health Plan + EMI Equity + 5% Pension + 25 Days Holiday

What you ll bring

• Proven experience delivering CRM or tech-enabled transformation projects
• Background in consulting or wealth management change (Big 4, boutique, vendor, or in-house FS change programmes)
• Expertise managing functional change and data migration workstreams
• Strong stakeholder engagement and vendor management skills
