Job description

Join our Catchment and Biodiversity team to lead agroecological catchment programmes at the water‑agriculture interface. You'll manage STEPS (Severn Trent Environment Protection Scheme), guiding technical delivery across teams and ensuring robust, evidence‑based approaches to water quality improvement.

Key responsibilities
  • Leading assurance and data analysis (Power BI, GIS) for catchment schemes
  • Planning and developing future programmes
  • Engaging with stakeholders (EA, Ofwat, NGOs, farmers) to co‑create solutions
  • Communicating the benefits of catchment management internally and externally. We’re looking for expertise in land management, soil science, hydrology or water quality, plus strong analytical and communication skills.
