The Engagement Manager provides leadership, knowledge, support, and teaming to help sellers and opportunity owners through the bid and proposal management process. Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
- Research and review accurate customer information required for contract setup, billing and export compliance and then submit for customer verification and credit checks as applicable.
- Familiarization with customer base Agreements and relevant transaction documents/templates and contract working procedures; communicate to the team special handling that may affect the contract.
- Create contract related price cases and facilitate timely internal executive approvals.
- Produce draft of client specific contract documents with meticulous accuracy and ensure the content is thorough and meets the solution requirements.
- Review and revise contracts per client iteration requests while ensuring they meet client expectations and protect IBM interests and legal recommendations.
- Ensure all Contracts have been through correct internal review procedures, including; pricing, legal, accounting, tax, quality assurance, technical delivery, bid sign-off as applicable and per O2O requirements.
- Timely and accurate Global Accounting, Revenue Split and other O2O related checklist submissions.
- Work to map out and assign correct billing related parameters and coding for executed contracts prior to contract booking.
- Work with Sales Transaction Support team to initiate and track contract registration, post signature, to ensure SMPO signings credit and having an established active contract ready for billing.

- Work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
