Job description

It’s an exciting time at AXA Health, with significant investment planned to transform, deliver new digital services to our customers and streamline and automate our business processes. As part of this, we’re looking for a talented individual to join our highly successful SME broker new business sales team on a permanent basis. The SME Sales Consultant will grow the relationship between AXA Health and our Key Intermediaries, sell our core product range through brokers to the SME PMI market, and promote other AXA Health products while ensuring profitable growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with your broker panel and the Intermediary Relationship Manager to achieve new business targets.
  • Deliver exceptional service to brokers, meeting all monthly call targets and prioritizing new business chasing calls to meet sales goals.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of AXA Health products, bespoke team products, core PMI products, non‑PMI products and pricing mechanisms.
  • Build and develop relationships with intermediary personnel, using every opportunity to promote additional AXA Health products.
Key Qualifications
  • Proactive sales approach and ability to maximise every sales opportunity.
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels with internal and external customers.
  • Well‑organised with strong time‑management skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Up‑to‑date knowledge of compliance and regulatory issues in a regulated industry.
  • Goal‑focused and able to work to targets.
  • Experience with business process and protocols.
  • PMI knowledge is highly beneficial.
  • PC competent in Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Eligibility and authorization to work in the United Kingdom.
