Job summary

Budweiser Brewing Group (AB InBev) in Preston (UK) is seeking an entry-level QA role on a fixed-term basis from January 2027 to December 2027. You will support the Quality Management team to meet site KPIs, ensuring strict food and feed safety compliance and leading initiatives in microbiology, audits, and quality improvements.

As a core team member, you will cover QA routines for QA Team Leaders when required, act as a SPOC for Brewing and Packaging Quality, and contribute to HACCP and internal

• Entry-level role within a fixed-term contract.
• Supports QA team to meet site KPIs and maintain compliance across food/feed safety.
• Audits: FEMAS & BRC involvement and internal processes.

Responsibilities

• Support systems to ensure EHS, Food/Feed Integrity, GMP, and HACCP compliance.
• Participate in third-party audits by external bodies and internal VPO audit.
• Lead quality innovation/improvement projects from a Quality perspective.
• Act as SPOC for Brewing and Packaging Quality, Food/Feed Safety, Micro and Phys-Chem.
• Be an active member of HACCP and Internal Audit teams.
• Lead PDCAs for improvement QC KPIs (Micro, Consumer complaints, Sensory, Phys-Chem).
• Serve as an effective trainer and assist in SOP creation and training.

Primary purpose and function of position:

This role supports the Quality Management team in meeting site KPIs and project goals while ensuring strict food/feed safety and legal compliance. You will lead technical areas like microbiology, audit programs, and new innovation/improvement projects. As a core team member, you will cover key routines for QA Team Leaders when required.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

Key Tasks:

• Support system to ensure compliance with EHS, Food/Feed Integrity, GMP, Food Safety (HACCP), Product Integrity, Legality, Quality Standards.
• Participate in third party audits by external bodies for FEMAS & BRC and internal VPO audit.

• Active member of the HACCP and Internal audit team.

• Write, manage, and train SOPs for area of expertise
