A busy Automotive Business in Bury is looking for a SMART Repairer to repair damaged vehicles following manufacturer specifications. You will conduct Alloy Wheel Repairs and ensure high-quality SMART repairs from start to finish. The role offers a salary of £30,000, flexible shifts including Saturday mornings, and a range of benefits such as 28 days’ holiday and ongoing training.   • Carry out Smart Repairs and Alloy Wheel Refurbishments.
  • Follow safety procedures and detect additional faults.

Job description

SMART Repairer required for our Client’s busy Automotive Business, located in Bury.

Working as a SMART Repairer for our Client you can expect a salary of £30,000 with flexible shifts, including 1-in-2 Saturday mornings (8:00am–12:00pm).

Duties
  • Repairing damaged vehicles in line with the Manufacturer’s specifications
  • Carrying out Smart Repairs, and Alloy Wheel Refurbishments
  • Following safety procedures
  • Detecting and diagnosing any additional faults for further repair
  • Interacting with colleagues and customers to discuss repair work carried out.
Requirements
  • You will have a recognised qualification in a SMART repair capacity
  • You will have a previous working experience in the role within a busy bodyshop
  • Confident at conducting Alloy Wheel Repairs
  • The ability to produce a high quality of SMART repair from start to finish.
  • ATA qualification is desirable
