Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience commissioning BEMS/BMS systems.
• Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical systems, and building control strategies.
• Confident working with BACnet, Modbus, and other common protocols.

Responsibilities

• Commissioning of BEMS systems in commercial and industrial settings.
• Configure and program sensors, controllers, and protocols.
• Conduct site assessments and identify optimisation opportunities.
• Resolve technical issues during commissioning phases.
• Produce commissioning documentation, including reports and manuals.
