Small Works Lead. Based in Derby on our Rolls-Royce contract. Hours 40 (Monday to Friday).

What this job involves

We are seeking an experienced Small Works Lead to join our team at JLL working exclusively on the Rolls-Royce account. This role involves overseeing and managing small to medium-sized construction and renovation projects across Rolls-Royce facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management construction and facility operations.

What your day-to-day will look like

• Manage multiple small to medium-sized construction and renovation projects simultaneously ensuring they are completed on time within budget and to the highest quality standards.
• Develop and maintain project schedules budgets and resource allocation plans.
• Coordinate with Rolls-Royce stakeholders contractors suppliers and internal JLL teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress identify potential issues and implement solutions proactively.
