Responsibilities

• Creating bespoke quotations and design specifications for clients.
• Working with AutoCAD to create and update drawings.
• Requesting accurate product specifications and prices from suppliers.
• Updating the Company System with relevant supplier information.
• Following up quotes with clients and liaising with Account Managers.
• Preparing contracts and maintaining Operations and Maintenance Manuals.
• Liaising with suppliers regarding product quality.
• Assisting in maintaining relationships with suppliers and contractors.
• Promptly processing customer requests.
