The School of Chemistry at the University of St Andrews is seeking an experienced Scientific Officer with expertise in small-molecule crystallography to join its diffraction facility. You will work with researchers to apply advanced diffraction instrumentation and deliver high-quality structures across diverse projects.

You will also support the School’s powder X-ray diffraction facilities and help ensure their efficient operation, contributing to a collaborative research environment.

Qualifications

• The successful candidate will have the right to work in the UK and visa sponsorship can be supported if required.
• Experience in small-molecule crystallography and diffraction instrumentation is essential.
