Job summary

Stonehenge Vets in Durrington, Wiltshire, part of ivc Evidensia, is seeking a Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon to join our friendly, patient-focused team on a FTC of up to 12 months.

The role is 24.5 hours across 3 days with a 1:5 Saturday rota, and no OOH commitments. You’ll balance consulting with surgery across a varied first-opinion caseload while building strong relationships with clients and their pets.

Qualifications

• A veterinary degree and registration with the RCVS or eligibility to register.
• Experience in small animal practice with confidence in medical and surgical cases.
• Excellent communication and client relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Balance consulting and surgical caseload with routine procedures.
• Build strong relationships with clients and their pets from start to finish.
• Collaborate with a team of vets and nurses in a busy two-branch practice.
