Job summary

The Woodley Vet, part of VC Evidensia UK, is seeking a Veterinary Surgeon to join a supportive team delivering high-quality patient and client care across a varied caseload. You will collaborate with colleagues to develop clinical skills and contribute to the clinic's ongoing growth and excellence.

You’ll work with a committed team, participating in diagnostic workups, surgeries and preventive care while maintaining excellent client communication and professional standards.

Qualifications

• A Veterinary degree and registration (or eligibility to register) with the RCVS.
• Experience working in clinical practice with growing confidence in routine medical and surgical cases.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships with clients and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Handle a varied caseload across consultations, diagnostics, medical work-ups and soft-tissue surgery.
• Conduct first-opinion consultations and provide preventative healthcare.
• Perform clinical examinations, diagnosis and treatment planning.
• Manage routine and emergency medical cases.
• Carry out soft-tissue and routine surgical procedures.
• Provide inpatient care and monitoring.
• Utilise imaging and laboratory work for diagnostics.
• Maintain client communication and continuity of care.
