Job summary

MARS Veterinary is seeking an EBVS/ACVIM-qualified clinician to join our internal medicine service. You will manage a varied caseload of chronic and acute referrals in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary setting.

The role is three days per week with a 1 in 4 primary out-of-hours rota, supported by a strong team and comprehensive facilities. CPD and marketing activities are part of the remit, with excellent career progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Boarded or board-eligible in small animal internal medicine.
• Clear communication with owners and referrers.
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Join internal medicine service and manage varied referral caseload.
• Lead CPD sessions and support service marketing.
• Contribute to clinical governance and infection control.
• Support hospital initiatives and Mars Five Principles.
