Job summary

City St George’s, University of London, invites applications for a Speech and Language Therapist research assistant on a NIHR-funded project investigating the ICAP for people with post-stroke aphasia. The role focuses on collecting outcome measures, data entry and coordinating with the team and lived experience advisory group.

The successful candidate will have clinical research experience, strong communication skills and the ability to work with diverse stakeholders in a university setting.

Qualifications

• Qualified Speech and Language Therapist with research experience.
• Experience with aphasia assessments and outcome measures.
• Ability to manage clinical research information and adhere to ethical conduct.

Responsibilities

• Complete outcome measures with participants with aphasia and family members according to protocol.
• Maintain accurate records and input data, liaising with the research team and lived experience advisory group.
