Job summary

Forge Logistics Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking a full-time HGV driver for tramper work, sleeping in the cab and moving trailers between RDCs and depots across the UK.

Shifts are 5 consecutive days (Sun-Thu or Fri), with early mornings to late nights; pay is weekly between £850 and £952, plus a £25 night-out allowance, and monthly PAYE, holiday pay, SSP and uniform are provided. Free on-site parking and ongoing professional training are also offered.

Qualifications

• Essential: Valid Class 1 (CE) licence.
• Preferred: 6+ months of tramping experience.
• Right to Work, DVLA check, pass D&A and background check.

Responsibilities

• UK-wide deliveries with consecutive shifts, sleeping in the cab.
• Transporting pre-assigned trailers between distribution centres.
• No manual handling of loads and conduct thorough vehicle checks.
• Adhere to all driving regulations.
