A health technology company in the UK seeks a Sleep Support Assistant for a 1-year fixed term contract. The role involves providing patient support through phone and email, maintaining detailed records, and handling various administrative duties. Ideal candidates will have a High School Diploma, experience updating IT systems, and knowledge of Excel. The position requires office presence at least 3 days a week, with shift patterns.
The Sleep Support Assistant is responsible for providing patient support via telephone and email. Working under general supervision. The role requires keeping a detailed record of inbound / outbound communications and the accurate documentation of telephone/email support interactions. The Assistant must efficiently handle multiple tasks, showcase a caring and professional manner, whilst effectively prioritize responsibilities. The role also includes various administration duties.
This position is a 1-year fixed term contract.
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
