We Change Lives is seeking a Learning Disability Support Worker for Sleep-In shifts at our Warrington service. You’ll help individuals with learning disabilities live more independent and meaningful lives, with full training provided.

Sleep-in shifts and a 24-hour contract are included, with pay at £12.71 per hour. We value compassion, reliability and dedication to person-centred support, empowering residents to achieve personal goals in a supportive setting.

Qualifications

• No formal qualifications required; training provided on the job.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with daily activities and enhance independence.
• Provide personal care where required.
