You will follow cleaning schedules, meet SLAs, operate equipment safely, and contribute to a welcoming, clean environment for staff and shoppers.

The role emphasises reliability, basic English communication, and a proactive, team-based approach to maintain high standards and ensure health and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate and read basic English.
• Flexible and proactive approach to work.
• Reliable and hardworking with a professional demeanour.
• Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Ensure equipment is kept clean, well maintained, and in safe working order.
• Meet all agreed SLAs and follow cleaning schedules.
• Build knowledge of the designated cleaning area and understand cleaning equipment and chemicals used.
• Follow Health and Safety requirements and complete all required training.
• Work effectively within a team and independently, delivering excellent customer service.
