Job summary

Oak View Group's Sky Garden in London is seeking a Bartender to deliver exceptional service in a high-volume venue on the Walkie Talkie building. You will prepare and serve a broad range of beverages, share product knowledge with guests, and consistently maintain bar cleanliness and presentation.

You will work as part of a busy bars team, supporting stock, ensuring smooth operations, and delivering memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications

Previous bartending experience in a busy bar, restaurant, hotel, or hospitality venue preferred.
Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and high-quality service.
Experience working in high-volume environments while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong knowledge of beverages, cocktails, wines, and spirits desirable.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to remain calm and organised during busy service periods.
A team player with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn and develop.

Responsibilities

Preparing and serving a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to the highest standards.
Providing friendly, professional, and engaging service to guests.
Making recommendations and sharing product knowledge to enhance the guest experience.
Maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness, organisation, and presentation behind the bar.
Supporting stock replenishment and ensuring bar areas remain fully operational.
