SKINCARE TRAINER

Location: London based/Field

Department: Education

Position Reports to: Head of Education

The Skincare Trainer will ensure the delivery of all aspects of skin care training that supports the learning and understanding of all skin care ranges in our retail stores/ in the business. They will implement and support our Sales & service programme within all other training and activities.

Areas of Responsibility
  • Work in collaboration with the Head of Education to organise, coordinate and assist with skin care training
  • Personally facilitate/co‑facilitate training sessions when required, some classroom but predominately shopfloor
  • Bring our Sales & Service into all training and be an exemplary example of this
  • Identify needs within this category, create and implement digital and store training sessions
  • Continually evaluate where training is needed and how effective it is
  • Own the KPI's for this category alongside the Head of Education
  • Input into our Sales & Service programme, induction, evaluation, retention, and create training asset content
Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience
  • Experience: a skincare specialist/trainer
  • Passion: teaching others to become skincare experts and exciting them about all things skincare
  • Training: ability to translate and simplify techniques and selling, creating modules from induction onwards
  • Commercial: translate business objectives into education, ensuring team members understand the importance of the skincare category and how to increase sales
  • Driven: take ownership of the skincare category KPI's, collaborate with the Head of Education to create and implement a plan to reach KPI's, and continually review and adapt for success
  • Creativity: propose creative solutions, generate new ideas and develop training modules for different formats (digital, shop floor, etc.)
  • Teamwork: collaborate with digital and design creators on skincare training collateral and tools
  • 360: ensure all skincare training supports Space to Shine and is delivered through the prism of our service module
