• Must have a genuine passion for skincare and helping others feel confident.
• Ability to meet sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex information clearly.
• Proactive learner, keen to stay updated on trends and products.

• Experience engaging with customers to build loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Complete our Skin School programme, gaining a CIBTAC qualification.
• Deliver personalised skincare and makeup consultations using innovative tools and technology.
• Explain the science behind No7 products and translate ingredients into customer benefits.
• Offer expert makeup advice, shade matching, demonstrations and routine building.
• Drive sales and achieve targets by promoting offers and new launches.
• Build long-term relationships and encourage repeat visits.
• Work with the Boots team to deliver exceptional service and commercial results.
• Maintain a beautifully presented counter reflecting the No7 range.
