You’ll deliver personalised consultations, demonstrate shade matching and product routines, and drive sales while building lasting customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to put customers at ease and explain information clearly and simply.

Responsibilities

• Complete our award-winning Skin School programme, gaining a CIBTAC qualification recognised across the beauty industry.
• Deliver personalised skincare and beauty consultations using innovative tools and technology.
• Confidently explain the world-class science behind No7 products, translating ingredients into customer benefits.
• Offer expert makeup advice, including shade matching, product demonstrations and routine building.
• Drive sales and consistently achieve targets by promoting offers, innovations and new launches.
• Build trusting long-term customer relationships that encourage loyalty and repeat visits.
• Work collaboratively as part of a wider Boots team to deliver exceptional service and commercial results.
• Maintain a beautifully presented counter reflecting the No7 premium yet accessible positioning.
