A leading training organization is seeking a Skills Coach - Customer Service to provide face-to-face coaching and mentoring in Durham. This role involves supporting learners in achieving their qualifications and delivering quality training. Position:
We are looking for an experienced and motivational Customer Service expert to join our team to support learners in achieving their Customer Services qualifications, with engaging and inspiring face to face delivery in Durham.
As a Skills Coach with Babington, you will be responsible for coaching and mentoring learners working towards the successful and timely achievement of their learning programme, whilst creating and maintaining cohesive and communicative relationships with learners and employers. You will use your exceptional teaching and learning experience to provide blended academic and pastoral advice, guidance and support, ensuring a safe and conducive working environment, whilst delivering excellence CS face to face training.
