You will carry out groundworks, drainage, concreting, reinstatement, operate plant, and support with services installation, while adhering to RAMS and company procedures. The role emphasizes teamwork and high workmanship standards, with opportunities on multiple site projects.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Skilled Operative in civil engineering, construction, or highways.
• Competent in groundworks and reinstatement techniques.
• Ability to read and follow site drawings and instructions.
• Strong awareness of health & safety on site.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• CSCS card (desirable).
