Job summary

Leonardo Helicopters in Yeovil is seeking a skilled Machinist with solid experience in manual and CNC machining. The role involves working on transmission component machining facilities, setting up machines, and ensuring tight tolerances and superb finishes.

The successful candidate will have NVQ Level 3 in Machining and be comfortable with shift variations and a strong safety culture as part of a leading aerospace group.

• NVQ Level 3 in Machining required; open to those pre-1990 and post-1990.
• Experience operating manual and CNC machinery across various operations.
• Understanding of machining tolerances (0.005 mm) and surface finish (0.4 μm).
