4Site Recruitment is seeking 10 Skilled Labourers for a long-term project in Guildford town centre, performing strip-out and light demolition works. The role starts in early August, with ongoing work for the right candidates and the opportunity to secure your position before the project begins.

Candidates should have a CSCS card and be prepared for manual handling and site clearance. A basic DBS check is required, along with a good attitude and reliability and the right to work in the UK.

Qualifications

• Experience in strip-out, demolition or general construction labouring.

Responsibilities

• General strip-out works.
• Light demolition.
• Removing fixtures, fittings and materials.
• Manual handling and site clearance.
• Supporting trades and site teams as required.
