Job description

We are working with a drylining subcontractor on a long-term project and are looking for a reliable labourer or skilled worker to join our team, carrying out general labouring duties, assisting the dryliners on site, and supporting day-to-day operations to help keep the project running smoothly.

Typical tasks inclde:

• Carrying plasterboard sheets to and around the site
• Helping dryliners fix boards to metal stud walls or ceilings
• Measuring, cutting, and prepping boards
• Mixing compounds and helping with jointing
• Keeping the work area tidy
• Using drills, screw guns, and basic hand tools
• Working safely around other trades

If you've helped with drywall before, this counts as semi-skilled labour which employers like.

What You Usually Need

• CSCS card
• Basic PPE (boots, hard hat, high-vis)
• Reliability and ability to lift boards safely
• Experience working with plasterboard is a big plus but necessity

Expected Pay

£15-£17.50/hr depending on experience and skill
