• Proven experience as a Joiner in a workshop environment
• CNC machine experience
• Experience with fitting and installation of bespoke joinery products on-site
• Fire door experience (important and highly valued)
• High level of skill working with hardwoods
• Strong attention to detail and pride in producing quality work
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• A positive, enthusiastic attitude
• Willingness to work as part of a team and support others
• Full Clean Driving License
