Job summary

JobMatcha Ltd is recruiting skilled ground workers for a long-term project at RAF Molesworth, supporting drainage and pipelaying on a high-profile infrastructure site.

Candidates must hold a blue CSCS card (green accepted with proven experience), have at least 3 years of civil engineering experience, and be able to coordinate site teams. Security screening is required, with BPSS and US Vetting; onboarding can take 2–4 weeks. Rates: £24.00 ph CIS or £20.00 ph PAYE Direct.

JML JobMatcha is currently recruiting for experienced skilled ground workers to work on a prestigious project at RAF Molesworth, supporting works on a US/RAF airbase. Works will involve drainage and pipelaying.

This is an excellent opportunity to secure long-term work on a high-profile infrastructure project. Due to the nature of the site, all successful candidates will be required to undergo security screening before starting.

Requirements

• Blue Skilled CSCS Card - would be idea, but Green CSCS would be accepted as long as the experience is there.
• Drainage and pipelaying experience - Essential
• Minimum 3 years' experience - Essential
• Strong background working on large civil engineering projects
• Excellent understanding of health & safety procedures
• Ability to coordinate site teams and subcontractors effectively

Security Requirements

As this role is based on a US/RAF airbase, all candidates must be able to pass:

• BPSS Screening
• US Security Vetting Process
