Job summary

Morrisons is seeking a motivated butcher/counter staff to join our fresh meat counters. You will cut, bone, mince, and prepare primal cuts to meet company specs, while delivering outstanding service to in-store and online shoppers.

• Experience cutting, boning and preparing meats to a high standard.

Responsibilities

• Put customers first: Deliver outstanding, friendly service that highlights our fresh products, preparing custom cuts for in-store and online shoppers alike.
• Prepare quality cuts: Cut, bone, steak, dice, mince, season, and wrap meat primals to exact company specifications using specialist equipment.
• Maintain vibrant displays: Keep fresh meat counters and pre-packaged displays well-stocked, fresh, and attractive throughout the trading day.
• Keep operations safe and smooth: Work safely with specialist tools like knives, saws, and mincing machines, upholding strict health, safety, and hygiene standards.
