Skilled Forge Operator - Aerospace Manufacturing

Permanent | Double Days | Excellent Benefits

Salary: £29,640 - £39,520 DOE

Location: Local aerospace manufacturer

Shift: Double Days (2-week rotation)

• 6:00am - 2:06pm
• 2:00pm - 10:45pm

What You'll Be Doing

• Operating heavy-duty forge presses up to 15,000 tonnes
• Working with large, heavy forged aerospace components
• Operating in a high‑temperature environment (up to 1300°C)
• Following strict aerospace quality and health & safety standards
• Contributing to production targets in a fast‑paced manufacturing setting

• Proven experience operating forge presses or heavy industrial machinery
• Comfortable with physical, hands‑on work
• Understands this is a hot, dirty, industrial environment
• Reliable, safety-focused, and team‑orientated
