Booker is looking for a Skilled Butcher in the Burnley area to deliver high-quality cuts, preparation, and customer service. You will support stock control, prepare orders to customer specifications, and work closely with the Butchery Manager and team to maintain top standards.

You may cover the department in the manager's absence while adhering to health and safety regulations and food safety requirements. The role is part of a 7-day operation with flexible patterns discussed at interview.

Qualifications

• Good product knowledge and cutting/preparation skills.
• Experience in the butchery trade.
• Excellent communicator and customer-focused.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a small team in the Butchery Department.
