Booker Group plc is seeking a Skilled Butcher in Glasgow to join the butchery team. You will provide quality product knowledge, cutting and preparation skills, and meet customers' needs with excellent service.

You will work with the Butchery Manager to support department sales and profits while ensuring compliance with health and safety and food safety requirements. Flexible hours will be discussed at interview.

Qualifications

• Experience in the butchery trade.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Good stock control knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a small team in the Butchery Department and support the Butchery Manager.
• Prepare orders to customer specifications and maintain high standards of service.
• Adhere to health & safety and food safety regulations at all times.
