Booker in Glasgow is seeking a skilled butcher to join our Butchery Department. You will have strong product knowledge, cutting and preparation skills, and deliver high standards of customer service to meet customer needs.

You will support the Butchery Manager and team, ensuring stock control, health and safety compliance, and excellent communication. The role requires customer focus, organisation and experience in the butcher trade, with varied 7-day operation hours.

• Customer driven, organised and an excellent communicator with experience within the butchery trade.

Responsibilities

• Working as part of a small team in the Butchery Department, you may run the department in the Butchery Manager's absence and follow standard ways of working and comply with food safety and health and safety regulations.
