Job summary

Booker is seeking a Skilled Butcher to join our Redruth site. You will bring strong product knowledge, cutting and preparation skills, and a commitment to high customer service standards. You will prepare orders to customers’ needs and understand stock control processes to keep the department efficient.

The role involves working with the team, supporting the Butchery Manager, and ensuring compliance with health and safety and legal standards. A 7-day operation is part of the role.

Qualifications

• Customer-driven, organized and an excellent communicator.
• Experience within the butchery trade.
• Ability to work as part of a small team and in a 7-day operation.
