Job summary

Portakabin Ltd is seeking an Operations Supervisor for our Bordon site, to supervise and support operatives in daily site and yard activities, planning work to ensure safety, efficiency, and quality. The role requires clear communication, problem solving, and adherence to procedures.

You will promote health, safety, and environmental standards, oversee on-site operations, and collaborate to resolve resource or process challenges.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in a supervisor role.
• Solid experience working in a site/yard environment with safe, efficient operations.
• Ability to plan and communicate tasks clearly to operatives.

Responsibilities

• Plan and allocate day-to-day work to operatives, ensuring safety and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental and quality standards.
• Promote health, safety and environmental standards among operatives.
• Supervise site and yard operatives and provide guidance.
• Escalate challenges to stakeholders with clear information.
• Seek approval for changes to procedures and ensure follow-through.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing feedback.
