Qualifications

• Strong experience in a supervisor role.
• Solid experience in site/yard environments with safe, efficient operations.
• Ability to plan and allocate work and communicate tasks clearly.
• Skilled at identifying day-to-day operational challenges and solving problems.
• Confident in seeking guidance and escalating issues for approval or resolution.
• Good communication skills and ability to build relationships.

Responsabilités

• Plan and allocate day-to-day work to operatives ensuring safe practices and cost-effective use of resources.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental and quality standards, including refurbishment times.
• Promote health, safety and environmental standards across the team.
• Supervise operatives on site and in the yard with guidance and support.
• Escalate operational challenges or resource issues to stakeholders with clear information.
• Seek approval for changes to SOPs and ensure instructions are followed.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing feedback and adopting best practices.
