Qualifications

• Strong governance and risk management experience.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional change across site.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Site sustainability plan and cross-functional workstreams.
• Act as Site Single Point of Accountability for sustainability activities.
• Coordinate communication and stakeholder management plans.
• Programme manage activities with clear delivery plans.
• Lead governance meetings with PMO leads to track milestones and risks.
• Ensure change readiness assessments align to site targets.
• Apply GPS/ADP principles and change toolkit across the programme.
• Liaise with Central Teams to align plans and leverage support.
• Inspire others with passion for sustainability and biodiversity.
