This role is based on client sites in Southampton and surrounding areas.

Day-to-day, you will:
  • Provide onsite technical support via our helpdesk system for a range of applications, operating systems, and hardware, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
  • Support, maintain, install, and upgrade IT infrastructure, including workstations, laptops, network connections, communication systems, and printers.
  • Manage and maintain IT assets, including software licenses and training equipment, ensuring accurate documentation.
  • Communicate effectively across the business, providing service notifications, training, and guidance.
Your skills and experiences might also include:
  • Experience supporting Microsoft operating systems, including Windows 10/11.
  • Knowledge of networking, TCP/IP, and Active Directory administration.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 and PowerShell scripting.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills with a customer‑centric approach.
