CONTRACT TYPE : Permanent

HOURS OF WORK : Monday to Friday Days, 40 hours pw

SALARY : £39,832 pa

Hargreaves Industrial Services is a leading provider of contract operation and maintenance services. We are working with Enfinium to provide operational support services, a UK‑based energy from waste (EfW) company, specialising in converting non‑recyclable waste into renewable energy.

Hargreaves are seeking the appointment of a Site Supervisor to fulfil a working multi‑functional role at the newly constructed Kelvin site in West Bromwich.

The role encompasses the following duties:
  • Manage, lead, motivate and allocate work to a team of employees
  • Utilise manpower to get the most effective performance through the shifts
  • Effectively manage holiday and rota cover
  • Ensure all health & safety procedures are implemented, followed and adhered to
  • Ensure all the team have the appropriate qualifications and inductions
  • Arrange training courses where required
  • Manage costs on site for all elements.
  • Assist in the field when and where needed
  • Look at ways to continuously improve service
  • Attend all required client daily / weekly / month meetings
  • Prepare monthly reports on the contract’s performance
  • Ensure all operational measuring tools are up to date and forwarded to the relevant parties on time (KPI data etc)
  • Effectively manage the fleet of vehicles that apply to the role, ensuring safety checks, checking pre‑starts and garage bookings
