Key Responsibilities
  • Day‑to‑day supervision of contracts, ensuring operatives work efficiently and productively.
  • Monitoring subcontractors and suppliers to ensure works are completed in line with worksheets, KPIs, and deadlines.
  • Resident and customer liaison, handling queries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Quality assurance, ensuring works are delivered on time and to a high standard.
  • Organising operatives and appointments in collaboration with the call centre.
  • Compliance management, including completion of method statements, risk assessments, and delivery of toolbox talks.
Requirements
